Pilates teacher since 2000. I run a studio at Red Hill, train new instructors in Melbourne, and build software for instructors who work for themselves.

A small studio at Red Hill South, capped at four people a session. Individual and semi-private work on the equipment, plus mat classes across the peninsula.
Nationally recognised Pilates qualifications, delivered in Melbourne as a partner organisation of Tensegrity Training (RTO 60182), which holds the accreditation.
Conversations with teachers, studio owners and lifelong practitioners about what the method changed for them. I also produce the podcast for the Pilates Association Australia, where I sit on the committee.
I qualified in the UK in 2000 and built my first classes in a rented room at a local fitness centre, then helped launch a studio in Edinburgh before moving to Melbourne in 2003.
From there: ten years co-owning a studio with a physiotherapist, then three of my own across Richmond, Prahran and Carlton with around twenty staff. I spent six years as a strength coach to the Australian Ballet School. My background is in human movement and sports science, and I've taught a good number of Melbourne's working Pilates teachers.
